Small bathroom
A small bathroom that feels larger: the same light finish on walls and floor, an oak vanity and a shower corner with a glass door.

In short
- Surfaces
- Walls, floor and shower corner
- System
- Ready-mixed microcement, waterproof in every layer
- Time
- About a week
In a small bathroom grout matters even more, because it breaks up every surface. When walls and floor are one continuous whole, the lines disappear and the room feels calmer and larger.
The oak vanity and mirror cabinet were fitted after sealing, so the microcement runs behind them. The shower corner is closed with a glass door and the floor falls to the drain as before.
Small jobs cost more per square metre than large ones, because buckets, edges and drying time weigh the same. In return the job takes a week, and the bathroom is in use straight after sealing, the shower after seven days.
